What does an artificial turf warranty cover?

A warranty is only meaningful when it is written and specific. Ask what is covered, what is excluded, how long coverage lasts, what maintenance is required, and whether the warranty transfers if the home is sold.
Manufacturer and installer warranties are different. The product maker may cover certain manufacturing defects, while the installer’s workmanship warranty should describe coverage for work such as seams, edges, base preparation, or drainage-related scope where applicable.
Keep your proposal, product specification, paid invoice, and maintenance information together. If a concern appears, photos and a clear installation record can make the evaluation process much easier.
